Position Overview:

Step into the spotlight at Kids Zone as a Visitor Experience Specialist and Front Desk Extraordinaire. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the architect of unforgettable moments for children and families. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Visitor Experience and Service:

  • Radiate warmth and hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and embraced.
  • Provide insightful guidance, enhancing exploration of our exhibits and programs.
  • Cultivate inclusivity, celebrating diversity and cultural richness.
  • Oversee children’s activities, ensuring every moment is filled with excitement.
  • Actively gather feedback to continually enhance our offerings.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our educational mission.
  • Participate in training sessions to elevate visitor engagement and maintain exhibit cleanliness.

Front Desk Operations:

  • Be the welcoming face of Kids Zone, delivering top-notch service with warmth and professionalism.
  • Streamline ticketing and transactions, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Field inquiries and offer comprehensive information on our activities and policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold smooth front desk operations.

Social Media Engagement:

  • Amplify Kids Zone’s presence through dynamic social media strategies.
  • Craft compelling content to foster meaningful connections and boost brand visibility.

Safety / Security:

  • Prioritize guest safety, adhering to strict protocols with poise and efficiency.
  • Provide swift assistance during emergencies, ensuring guest well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, education, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Exposure to recreational or educational settings with children is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with fluency in a second language as a bonus.
  • Strong teamwork skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • A college degree is a bonus, with a background in early childhood development or related fields preferred.
